Co-Founder & CEO
Manjunath is the Co-Founder & CEO of PROWESS. He leads strategic direction, client advisory, and long-term operational vision for the company. Fifteen years of on-ground facility management experience in Bengaluru shape every decision PROWESS makes. He stays close to the big picture so Sumalatha and the supervisor team can stay close to the ground.
Co-Founder, Operations
Sumalatha runs PROWESS operations on the ground. Site visits, supervisor coordination, client handling, and exception management all sit under her direct oversight. Every PROWESS site runs through her operating rhythm, from morning walkthroughs to shift coverage and escalations that need closure before the client feels the gap.
Co-Founder, Finance & Business Development
Salma runs finance and backend operations at PROWESS. Invoices, vendor payments, staff payroll and statutory filings (GST, PF, ESI), and fund allocation across sites are coordinated through her. She works alongside Praveen and the admin team on uniforms, onboarding paperwork, and the back-office work that keeps sites running without friction.
Administration & CRM
Praveen handles administration and CRM coordination between PROWESS and client-side admin teams. Meeting scheduling, supervisor shift changes, vendor escalations, onboarding paperwork, and client communication flow move through him so operational follow-up does not disappear between calls.
